Reminder of what awaits me in the future.
One of the many beautiful things about living for God is that I know a little bit about what to expect in my future. Sure, I don't know every little detail but the Bible does tell me what the future holds for the righteous and the unrighteous. I know Jesus is soon to return for his church, in spite of the mockers and scoffers. I know there are blessings in this life or cursing, depending how I live. Really big deal
The greatest event in the history of mankind was when Almighty God manifested himself in flesh, lived among men, was crucified and rose again the third day. Church going is just a Sunday thing and sin is just something you shouldn't do, but a little each day won't hurt. Where do folks get that idea? Certainly not from the Bible!

Are you in or out?
It's not hard to know if you are "in" and completely committed to Jesus or you are "out" and still wandering. It happens so many times that we lose focus on what we are doing. If it hasn't happened to you yet, I guarantee it has happened to many souls. Students often get into a "rush hour" when an exam comes up or an assignment is due because they substitute study time for partying time. Athletes do not achieve the promised results because they do not fully commit to the pres
